I am 45 years old and live in Auckland.

I am a self-employed body therapist and was mandated to have the vaccine to be able to work in
my own clinic.

It is now 1 year and 7 months since the vaccine.

I have had Blood Clots, Chest Pain and Pain & Swelling in my veins, along with Racing and heavy
heartbeat, extreme fatigue, breathlessness and struggle to concentrate.

I developed symptoms 12 hours after my 2nd vaccine which was on the 20th of October 2021 and
now almost 1 year past I still have debilitating symptoms and have recently also developed
burning sensations in my head and legs.

I have had to pull out of finals of competitions for my much-loved sport and can no longer do any
physical exercise. I am self-employed but struggle to do even a few hours work a week.

With reduced work and the cost of treatments to try and help with my reaction my family is
struggling financially.

I have had a $2,000 pay out from ACC for me to withdraw my appeal on my case and to help a tiny
bit with my treatment costs which are now over $10,000.

They will not currently accept treatment injury claims for “clinical symptoms.”

Our family of injured and lost ones are being ignored and hidden by this government and that in
itself adds to the trauma we have experienced.’
