32 Carry

My name is Carrie
My DOB 04/12/1963

I received the AstraZeneca vaccine

To whom it may concern
“My vaccine injury occurred in early December 2021. Initially, I had reservations about getting vaccinated and hoped that the situation would change, as I couldn’t afford to miss out on work opportunities, as I wasn’t allowed to go to the office or conduct open homes, which affected my income. Additionally, there was a family wedding I really wanted to go to at a vineyard that required a vaccination pass, and not taking the jab meant I couldn’t attend.

After receiving the vaccine, I experienced severe brain fog. It affected my memory and drained my energy, preventing me from engaging in activities I used to enjoy. I used to work out at least three times a week, but I was too exhausted to continue. Even simple walks became challenging as I experienced difficulty breathing, unlike before. I also faced other issues such as heart problems, including a faster heartbeat and chest pain, as well as fluid-filled ears that rang or produced Morse code-like sounds at night, hindering my sleep.

The most significant consequence was that I forgot to renew my real estate license for the first time in 23 years. Unfortunately, due to the prolonged symptoms of “long COVID” and the other awful symptoms caused by the vaccine, my doctor advised that it would take me a considerable amount of time to re-sit the license exam in the mental and physical state I was left in. As a result, I was out of work for several months.

I reached out to various individuals regarding my injury, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. While my doctor showed concern, the hospital recommended a costly heart check-up that I couldn’t afford since I was relying on my savings during the period without work. I applied to ACC for help and they did not care as they needed proof which I just didn’t know how to get. Their letter is attached.

Needless to say I never got the second shot so therefore still are considered unvaccinated.

Thank you for your attention.

Kind regards,

Carrie
