I did want to have the shots, I had listened to the MSM narrative feed from our toxic government, I still believed at that stage that I could trust the government to be interested in looking after my interests, that they would act with integrity as citizens of our country. I trusted them and the MSM. I no longer believe that of either of them.

First shot – I was fine after the first shot, had virtually no effects.

Second Shot – Within a few days of receiving that shot my life changed. I had (and still have) a lot of body pains.

• Chest. I felt that I had been punched in the centre of my chest, breathing, moving, changing position, getting into and out of the car caused pain. It seemed to be centred on my heart.

• My heart. I noticed a fluttery feeling in my heart at times. This feeling increased in intensity over a month or so, it became what I realised was “palpitations”, I would put my hand on my chest to try to feel the sensation, but I couldn’t feel it with my hand although it was quite intense inside my chest, it became continuous, but with varying intensity. I scared me that I was having a heart-attack, I was starting to think it was going to kill me. I considered my diet, my coffee intake, stopped drinking coffee and alcohol but the symptoms continued. I went to the doctor, he sent me to a cardiologist, I had a series of tests including wearing a sensor for two days which recorded my heartbeat, I could press a button to mark when I was feeling this intensely. The cardiologist could find nothing wrong with my heart, but the palpitations continued. I read up on symptoms and Myocarditis was the most likely condition. The pain and the palpitations continued for roughly 18 months, they have slowly diminished, and I now have only occasional pain in the centre of chest.

• Loss of energy. I have always been a very active person but since this event I have slowed down, I find that activity tires me so much that I have to stop, things that I would have done for 8 to 10 hours in a day had me exhausted within 3 or 4 hours. I would stop and collapse into a chair and sleep, this is slowly diminishing but still affects me.

• Body pains – During this time I have also experienced quite intense body pain, randomly around my body, in the back, under the shoulder-blades, armpits, stomach area, and chest. These have occurred with no correlation to any activity that I have been doing. They occur, cause me to wince as they are quite strong, continue for a few days and then move somewhere else. This continues to this day, I just have to deal with them, I expect that I will have these vaccine pains for the rest of my life.

PS: I did start reading more about the vaccine, the more I learned about its gene-modification, about the lack of a due process for testing, the marked variations by batch in its negative effects on people which is wildly outside international law, the number of people suddenly dying post vaccination, the people who became vegetative (as with the Thai royal princess) and of course its lack of efficacy, the more I decided that I would not take another shot, I feel that I was one of the lucky ones who survived the negative effects but I was afraid to risk another “Russian roulette” moment. The risk is simply far too great opposed to the danger of more negative affects.

There is something going on here with this government, they persist to deny that what they mandated has hurt and killed many people. They continue to push their nasty substance on us, they want our children and our pregnant women to take it in the face of robust official international studies confirming much of what here they call “disinformation”. I have to be suspicious that there’s more to this than just a poorly informed group of people thinking that they are doing the “right thing”. To continue to push this knowing the damage being done changes this to something more suspicious, more evil.

I believe that there should be robust investigations into the contracts signed by our government with the Pharma Companies, and into money that has been received by our high level politicians and medical advisors. I truly believe that there is cause and justification for suspicion that there has been corruption on an unprecedented scale here in New Zealand.

There are a few situations where you may be treated without consent, such as in an emergency.

What is informed consent?

Informed consent is the process of talking and asking questions until you have enough information to make a decision about your healthcare options. This includes the option of saying no to having a treatment (such as medicine) or a procedure (such as an operation).

To give informed consent, you must know enough about your condition and the treatment or procedure your doctor or other healthcare provider has suggested. You must have this information given to you in a language and way that you can easily understand. You should have access to an interpreter if you need one.

You also have a right to have someone else with you to provide support while you are talking about your options.

Why is informed consent needed?

You have a right under the law to make an informed choice about your health care. This is one of your rights under the Code of Health and Disability Consumers Rights.

Under the Code, health care may be provided to you only if you make an informed choice and give informed consent. You also have the right to say no to a proposed treatment or procedure, or change your mind about wanting to go ahead with it.

When is informed consent needed?

Your doctor or other healthcare provider must make sure that you have given informed consent for every proposed healthcare service.

When you are going to have a series of similar treatments, eg, dialysis or counselling, your healthcare provider will talk with you before starting the treatment to make sure you agree to it. The consent you give then covers the whole series of treatment.

If the agreed plan changes a lot, a new consent process is needed.

Examples of situations when informed consent is required include:

when you are having surgery (an operation) or other procedure

when you need to have an anaesthetic

if students or observers are going to be there for your treatment

if you take part in research

when any part of your body will be taken out during a procedure

if you will be getting blood or blood products

if you are enrolled in a screening programme

if your doctor wants to prescribe a medicine that has not been approved by Medsafe for use in New Zealand (called unapproved medicines)

if your doctor wants to prescribe a medicine for a different use than that approved of by Medsafe (also called off-label use).

What type of information should I get for informed consent?

Before giving your consent, your doctor or healthcare provider must fully and clearly explain to you:

how this treatment or procedure will help your health condition

what happens during the treatment or procedure

what other options there might be

what you can expect after the treatment or procedure

any risks that may be associated with the treatment or procedure.

You can also ask any questions you want about the treatment or procedure.

What are the different types of consent?

You will need to give either verbal consent or written consent.

Verbal consent means talking about and saying you agree to a particular treatment. This includes when your doctor prescribes an approved medicine for your condition.

Written consent means you need to fill out a form and sign it to show you agree to a particular treatment. This happens for more significant treatments, such as an operation.

How is informed consent gained for children and young people?

For children and young people under the age of 16, consent may be given by a parent, guardian or other person acting in the place of a parent. Depending on the child’s age, they will be involved as much as possible and information will be given to them in a way that they can understand.

A young person aged 16 years and over can consent to their treatment as if they were an adult.

How is informed consent gained for people who are incompetent?

In legal terms, people who cannot decide for themselves whether they want a treatment or not are called ‘incompetent’. This may be because of health conditions such as a brain injury or dementia.

Consent for people who are incompetent may be given by their welfare guardian or a lawyer who has an enduring power of attorney in respect of care and welfare for that person.

What if I didn’t get to give informed consent?
