1. All memos, emails, reports and documents discussing whether the Covid-19 vaccines might fall within the HSNO Act.
2 .Did Pfizer seek approval or confirmation that the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines did not come within the definition of a GMO under the HSNO Act.
3. In particular please provide any documents examining whether synthetic DNA encapsulated in LNP found in the Covid-19 vaccines should be regulated as a GMO under the HSNO Act.

…has the EPA ever considered the question of whether DNA encapsulated in LNP is found in the Covid-19 vaccine. Has the vaccine ever been tested for DNA material? If so, please provide all reports and documentation about this.
